Refund policy

  • Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and without any damage or benefit gained from it.

  • The product must include all original tags, packaging, labels, and accessories.

  • The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return or exchange to ensure its condition.

  • The customer is responsible for a return fee of 40 SAR, which includes shipping costs, unless the reason for return is due to a manufacturing defect or an order error, in which case the customer will be fully compensated.

 

2. Cases Where Return or Exchange Is Not Accepted

  • If the product has been used or shows signs of wear.

  • If the product has been tampered with or the serial number has been removed.

  • If any original component is missing, such as the price tag, packaging, labels, or accessories.

  • If the product was damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

  • If the product was custom-made or modified based on the customer's specific request.

 

3. Important Information

  • The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the following cases:

    • The product is out of stock.

    • There is a pricing error.

    • The order appears to be fraudulent or suspicious.

  • If an order is refused or canceled by the store, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer.

  • In case of any manufacturing defect or errordon't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service via WhatsApp to proceed with the return or compensation process.
