Refund policy

The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return or exchange to ensure its condition.
The customer is responsible for a return fee of 40 SAR, which includes shipping costs, unless the reason for return is due to a manufacturing defect or an order error, in which case the customer will be fully compensated.

2. Cases Where Return or Exchange Is Not Accepted

If the product has been used or shows signs of wear.
If the product has been tampered with or the serial number has been removed.
If any original component is missing, such as the price tag, packaging, labels, or accessories.
If the product was damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
If the product was custom-made or modified based on the customer's specific request.

3. Important Information

The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the following cases:
- The product is out of stock.
- There is a pricing error.
- The order appears to be fraudulent or suspicious.
If an order is refused or canceled by the store, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer.
